Since Angie's List makes money from selling ads to contractors they've got a built in bias too. Maybe Consumer Reports should move into this area and 'do it right'... the way it should be done.
Also, on Angie’s list, when you see 5 reviews for a subcontractor and there are 300 other competitors in the market place and there are 10 other reviews for all of them put together, you know the 5 reviews are fake. Yet, people fall for this stuff.
