I have heard that the process these pills begin can take a long time and become very painful. Those women would need some plan for pain management that can quickly be administered at their homes.
They may need some training on acceptable methods of disposal
or transfer of the tissues. Are they truly ready to deal with all that at home?
Some women may be understandably traumatized by having to handle the ‘aftermath’ of this process. Will there be someone they can discuss this with? Someone with more than two or three minutes to her them vent?
