This case will be dragged out until the horse eventually expires.
Then the defendant will be beating a dead horse in court.

Omg imagining the late night tv Animal Attorney ads. Kids can sue their parents for not buying Fido better treats or letting him sleep in their beds.

Your chicken salad sandwich is serving papers.
It has a pretty good case. Its life was way better a month before it hit that mayonnaise.

Once you’ve traveled from sanity all the way to the severest possible mental illness, what’s on the other side of that?
Because I think that’s what we’re looking at.

I have owned horses for over 33 years. I am pretty sure I have NOT spent $100,000 on all of them combined, but I do have all my tax records & can certainly check.
The age & breed of the horse would be a factor in the calculations.

I'd say the horse has a good case.

Do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth?
Neigh!
Case dismissed!

$100K? that’s about 10 times more than any horses’ lifetime expenses. Hay less than $1K a year. Shots $200/yr. Full board, stall/feed/mucking/paddock/pasture $2-300/mo.
