What if there was no alleged sexual assault at age 16 or 17, but instead a real, verifiable fight between Brett Kavanaugh and his friend Mark Judge, and let's say Kavanaugh pounded the snot out of Judge. Judge went home with 2 black eyes, a bloody nose, split lip and loose teeth. Would there be anyone who would say that should stop him from sitting on the Supreme Court?

How do we know Mark Judge wasn’t gay or identified as transgender?
They are trying to get her story straight. I imagine it isn’t easy to fabricate a story after so many years that doesn’t sound like a fabricated story

She didn’t file a police report. There’s no evidence she told her parents. That is a strike against her credibility, that you consider it so horrifying you “suffer” for years but don’t tell your parents and go to the cops. An upper class white girl would be given benefit of the doubt in such a case.
She didn’t come out when she was a liberal professor during the Me, Too campaign. There were elite men taken down in mainstream media with stories more akin to a bad date (Ansari, for example), and you’ve got a story of a judge doing teen rape? Her silence, again, is damning.
The therapist notes, too, are damning. You tell your therapist about this story in 2012, citing concerns that everyone involved are elitist judges. You specifically state you’re afraid he’ll be on the Supreme Court. That screams political attack. And then you sit on it for SIX YEARS while he’s a judge, then come forward when he is nominated. Political attack is the only logical explanation.
This stuff only can work if it’s used with people who crave being seen as a victim. White male = no outrage. Suburban white woman = #metoo hero.
