Wipeout
Vanity

Posted on 09/22/2018 7:22:58 AM PDT by thepatriot1

If you agree like me you are very frustrated with the GOP senators. Say what you want, if this was the Democrats, he would have been confirmed already. Whether you agree with them or not, they stick to their convictions. The GOP wants to bend over backwards to show they are pro-woman when they already are. The Democrats accuse them of these things and they take the bait. IF Kavanaugh is NOT confirmed, we are going to face a wipeout in Nov like we have never seen. They are being played like fiddle and they seem to be the only ones who can't see it.

It is an unfortunate feature of the two party system that punishing those who deserve it often installs something worse.

They understand but these are tough decisions. It is difficult to decide to forego copious additions to one’s wealth in order to vote for a Constitutionalist on the Court. Democrats are in the Political game for the Power. Many Republicans are in it for the Financial Security, that second palace on the coast and that 90 foot yacht. If they were in it for the Power they would be Democrats.

However, I think there will be a lot of people who will not be energized and not come out as a result of this.

Good for you. I think it is our ‘duty’ to help those stay at homes come out and vote by passionately pointing out that this is no ordinary election and the Democrats are not the ordinary Democrats of years ago,

This outrage by the Rats is firing up a lot of Trump supporters. The worst thing to do is to sit out the midterms.

Regardless of what happens with Judge K and the Grassley committee. The Deplorables, whom are the electorate that is going to win this election big, are going to win it for Trump, not the R’s per say. Most of the Deplorables I know, are not the short sighted types that we see on this board. Most the Deplorables I know think and vote strategically, and they’ll not want to waste another election cycle allowing the dems to win under any circumstances because that would be terrible, and worse for the country than if the R’s continued to control Congress no matter the outcome of one political battle i.e., the Kavanaugh vote. Most of the Deplorables that I know, unlike many of those on this board, will not vote to cut off their nose to spite their face. Grow up people. We know the R leadership in Congress are testicle free and they have spines made of Linguine. Regardless of all that is going on, in order for President Trump to continue to rack up victories for the People of the US, R’s must remain in control of Congress to get anything done and move the ball forward. If the dems take control of either house because to many whiny whelps on our side didn’t go and vote because they’re pissed at R Congressional leadership, where does that leave us? The time to punish those in R Congressional leadership and those with no spine is when they’re seats come up, then we primary them. There are many R Senators and Reps that are retiring because of the party being taken over by Trump’s Deplorables, now is not the time to sit home over your F***ing hurt ego’s, November is the time to get out and flood the election polling places with huge numbers of Deplorables to help our President continue to win for us. Everyone who stays home and doesn’t vote in November because they’re pissed at leadership is actually surrendering the overall war to the D’s. We’re not going to have many more chances with a President like Trump in office, we cannot waste any of his term(s) by ceding anything to the dems for any reason at all. So buck up and Vote R no matter what to send President Trump his much needed reinforcements. Who knows, if we send enough new Senators and Reps to Congress that are Trump supporters they might well be able to vote the present R Congressional leadership out and replace them with Deplorables like Jim Jordan. But if we stay home and surrender this battle to the D’s over your hurt feelings nothing like that is even a possibility. Think and vote strategically, we have the progressive dems on the ropes, now is not the time to let up for any reason.

Collins isn’t on the Jud Committee, it’s Flake that’s the naysayer and Grassley has done a good job along with McConnell on judges.

The delay is allowing the Washington Post and ilk lots of time to publish sob stories about Ford.

I think very few “Republicans” value the Constitutional Rule of Law. RINO exists for a reason.

I know far too much about the history of the party to credit them with that kind of integrity.
