Ford has to have asked for immunity from prosecution...

It is beginning to be obvious that Ford has asked for immunity from prosecution (for perjury) as it is becoming apparent that she is lying. SEVERAL supposed witnesses have no recollection of the party. She has to have asked for immunity from prosecution for what she is trying to do.

The demands she has made have been full-on Salem witch trialish. She calls them “fair.” Can you IMAGINE what this bunch might consider actionable?!

Hell no. No immunity.

I think all these “professional politicians” are just sitting back and laughing their collective asses off at the American people...

They are saying, “Let’s call ANOTHER delay of 6 hours and listen to everyone scream their heads off...”

It is past time to Vote, but FLAKE is on the Committee and most likely said he wouldn’t Vote Yes until the Circus comes to town.

Now, if he is aware that ALL of the Accuser’s named Witnesses have denied everything she has said, maybe FLAKE will wake up.

Until then the Show goes on.

Exactly right. Almost everyone did stupid things in our youth that was not criminal. Teenagers groping each other is not criminal. It is not who we are now.

...

However, making it criminal is an important tactic in the war on men.

if they give it to her I am through being a Republican forever. She brought this upon herself and we don’t owe her the right to lie. It’s unbelievable.

Michael Bromwich is the guy's name.

And here's where it really gets interesting. Note the bold item below from the Washington Post report posted late last night:

Michael R. Bromwich, a former Justice Department inspector general who has been representing former FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe, announced Saturday that he was resigning from his law firm, Robbins Russell, to work with Ford.

In an email to the firm's staff -- sent two minutes after Ford responded to Grassley'ss invitation to testify -- Bromwich said he was resigning because of objections within the firm to his representing Ford while employed there.

Bromwich's law firm knows Buzzy Ford is full of sh!t.

I’m sure that Chuck Pussy will give her whatever she desires anytime she desire it.

Even if she has not asked for immunity she would not be prosecuted. That’s just a political reality.

*sigh* yeah.

If she did, and no one said, “screw this, we’re voting now”, no one will be surprised.

Nope. Our elected Republican Senators have willfully allowed the Democrats to make a complete circus of this proceeding.

At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if Kavanaugh withdraws.

Our Senators are completely incapable of putting up a fight. Their cowardice knows no end. It is disgraceful.

Right. I mean — of course it’s possible under the law. But for all practical purposes, how would that work out? Has any such thing ever happened in the history of this country?

Everyone should send a message to Grassley.

Here's just the latest big red flag for me -- from the Washington Post:

"If this process to secure her testimony falls apart, the fault is totally and clearly on the Republican leadership," Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.) said in a telephone interview Saturday.

This confirms what I've been saying for days ...

1. Ford is not going to testify.

2. The Democrat spin right now is to make it the fault of the Republican Party.

I don't think this is going to end well for former military hero and Medal of Honor winner Richard Blumenthal and his fellow Democrat jackasses on the Judiciary Committee.

Kavanaugh is already damaged goods even if he gets confirmed. There are lots of equal rights cases coming to the supreme court many of which are “me too cases”. Any time one comes to the fore, they will drag out Kavanaugh’s confirmation fight and suggest that he “recuse himself” as he might be considered “prebiased” against the women. He might be considered prebiased in the future should he just go back to his old job for every equal rights case that comes to his court might cause a request that he recuse himself.

Relax.

My prediction is that Kavanaugh is confirmed to a seat on the U.S. Supreme Court on October 7th -- with at least 70 votes.

At some point, you have to say “No.”

The problem with endless negotiability is that nobody ever gets to move on with their life. This is a VERY overdue lesson for some (not all) men to learn (particularly the ones suffering from Potomac fever). But the thing is that they should not be made to learn this lesson in a way that harms the entire country!

No means NO! Tell Blasey Ford NO! Stick to your guns and MOVE ON!

99 to 1 odds of being the case.

I tend to agree your theory if feasible.

My theory, prompted by yours, is that Ford has taken the virtue-signaling Girl Power p**** hat wearing women’s marching mentality to the next illogical step: coming up with a completely imaginary event but one that ticks all the boxes and has therefore cemented itself as real to her. People around her are currently enabling this delusion by telling her she’s brave etc.

It’s been said many times but victimhood is the ultimate aim of any lefty. It offers the chance for praise, a narcissistic sense of being unique, etc. The flood of so-called transgender people follows a similar pattern. Normal peaks and valleys of life including the very real chance of being liked or unliked is too threatening to the weak-minded. So they come up with a special set of circumstances with the aim of receiving a form of amnesty in terms of the way other people treat or view them.
