FULL TITLE: School district's toilet policy under investigation after 'girl, five, was molested in the bathroom by a gender fluid student'
The Department of Education's Civil Rights division is investigating after a five-year-old girl was allegedly sexually assaulted by a boy in her class in November last year.
A complaint filed by the girl's mother alleges the child had gone to the bathroom, and the boy had been able to follow her because he identified as gender fluid and was, under school policy, allowed to be there.
The mother, Pascha Thomas, further alleges when she made a complaint to the school, she was told no action would be taken, and then child services was called on her.
When child services arrived at her door, a day after Christmas, Thomas says authorities told her the school had filed a report, but had named her as the responsible party.
'How do you, in your right mind, do something like that to a parent,' she said in a video filmed by conservative Christian group Alliance Defending Freedom [AFD].
'Their child has been sexually assaulted, then you turn around and paint them as the villain.'
Thomas joined forces with AFD before filing her complaint. The organization are well known for their stance against allowing transgender and gender fluid people to choose what bathroom or change room they use.

“in her class”??? That would be a 4-5 year old?
What is a kid that age having any “gender” issues? People are nucking futs.
It's a brave, new world.
Perhaps every student can be assigned a monitor to take them to the restroom.
Unless the monitor can't be trusted. Then the monitor will be assigned a monitor.
Or maybe we can do without walls around restrooms so everyone can monitor what's going on.
There are endless solutions we can implement.
Another reason to homeschool.
Fake sisterhood. Real hate.
It sure was easier in the old days. Boys go to the boys room, girls go in the girls room, no exceptions.
Who knew we were bigots to think you have men’s room and ladies room.
A gender fluid student molest a girl...The liberals would say that the girl had it coming, I’d say...’FU Liberals, this crap got to stop!!’ Thank goodness, we are homeschooling...
We can find a solution!
About 80% of transgenders are men who “identify” as women.
Fewer than a quarter get the surgery.
This means that the transgender debate is overwhelmingly biological men who “identify” as women. And the majority of THOSE are heterosexual.
Instead of saying you’re a heterosexual man with a dysphoria, he is now magically a woman attracted to women ... AKA, a lesbian.
Lesbians are getting bullied for not having sex with transgenders (men with penises who say they’re women). That the lesbian is privileged to be cis-gender and have more people like her.
Yeah, lesbians are getting bullied by other liberals for the “cotton ceiling”, dating but not having sex with “transgenders. How crazy that women attracted to women not wanting to have sex with crazy guys are the bad ones.
“Manifest Perversity” has a historical slant.
I had not heard that.
Only thing I had heard is they being attack too just like heterosexual women in bathrooms/lockerooms. Their space being invaded and they not happy about it. For once I can agree with them. I may not approve of lesbianism but they have the right to be safe. This is total BS.
Schools can push back in ways with very serious consequences for crossing their orthodoxy.
This ping list is for the other articles of interest to homeschoolers about education and public school. This can occasionally be a fairly high volume list. Articles pinged to the Another Reason to Homeschool List will be given the keyword of ARTH. (If I remember. If I forget, please feel free to add it yourself)
The main Homeschool Ping List handles the homeschool-specific articles. I hold both the Homeschool Ping List and the Another Reason to Homeschool Ping list. Please freepmail me to let me know if you would like to be added to or removed from either list, or both.
