When I was five or six years-old the neighbor across the street had a heavy, pitted brown rock for a front door stop.

A bunch of us kids were sitting on the steps arguing if was a metorite or not. The kid at the top of the step dropped the rock by accident and it landed on top of a kid’s head who was sitting a few steps below.

The kid had blonde hair and there was blood all over the place, looked much worse than it really was but the mother of the house nearly lost her mind.
