Your characterization appears flippant but it is completely correct so sad a,serious issue is dealt with in such a juvenile manner I am not sure how "my" characterization is flippant, I did not write the article, just posted it. I am not sure how the post is in a juvenile manner as I am a successful, retired person at age 59. And "a,serious issue", besides the punctuation error seems to imply that there is something that can be done about IQ...or something. The shortcomings I see are corrupt governments, education systems that do not train students for needed job skills and lack of parental involvement. I do not see an easy solution to these problems.
