I need to find the best conservative magazine for my intentionally uninformed stupid leftist neighbor. He doesn't believe in computers or tv and only gets his news from TIME magazine. The sun rises and sets on his TIME rag. I've decided to subscribe to a mail/home delivery conservative magazine for him. Any ideas?
Years ago I bought my “centrist” neighbor who was Auxiliary Police a one year membership in the American Rifleman...
I’d recommend National Review. They support Trump when they think he’s right (as with Kavanaugh) and criticize Trump when they think he’s wrong.
Get him a subscription to Newsweek....
I subscribe to World.
Used to subscribe to U.S. News (when it had a print edition), The Weekly Standard, and National Review. All of them are shells of what they used to be; but World Magazine is still solid.
If you are only going to read one, Front Page Magazine would be my choice.
Time magazine is not the same magazine he grew up with.

Why does it have to lean conservative. Why not just straightforward information. No political underpinnings.

I don’t know if it’s still available but many moons ago I was getting a sub from Washington Times National Weekly Review-it was a highlight of my week.
Stay away from National Review and Weekly Standard. They both suck big time.
Human Reason used to be really good but I don’t know if they’re around anymore either.
I would never subscribe to American Spectator again because they screwed me after giving me only two issues of a 2-yr subscription.
Don’t even think about National Review. They are deathly opposed to Trump and their editor Rich Lowry is a snake.

Soldier of Fortune used to be good. The “Sitrep” section had concise summations of conditions in most of the shit holes on the globe.

Appreciate the help. I honestly can’t deal with such intentional low IQ. He has no clue about the protesters, deep state, Hellary or anything that’s been going on.
