Yupper.
:D
After watching your video here, I'd offer just a quick observation and suggestion as feedback. With the uncommon combination of all those exotic ingredients you put into your dunching salads, and the prodigious quantities of those ingredients you use, you might want to caution people in your upcoming videos to procure and employ a large quantity of the following (or a similar) product, to effectively deal with the likely aftereffects of consuming a large and peculiar meal like that.
(Another name you might want to consider using for that exotic meal instead of "dunch" would be "flatu-lunch".) :-)
Mark for later
My wife decided she likes to eat no later than 3-3:30....I invariably need some evening “snacks” to make up for it...
My previous two weigh-ins, August 17 and September 28, were both recorded and reported publicly on the radio by Brian Craig, co-host of the Steven Kane radio show.
To summarize: I started out at 320 pounds on May 27. The first month I only lost about 5 pounds due to frequent sneaking of carbs. However, after I started to use Crave Stop on July 3, I lost all my Carb cravings so as a result, I lost another 25 pounds by August 17 for a total loss of 31 pounds when I weighed in at 289 pounds at that time.
The following month, on September 28, I weighed in at 266 pounds for a 23 pound loss or a total of 54 pounds lost since May.
So what will I weigh at the next weigh-in on November 9? Well, I plan on having a YouTube livecast of that. Oh, and if you live in South Florida you can watch it live (and serve as a volunteer to check on the accuracy of my scale) at 10 AM that day at Sav A Lot Nutrition Center at the North end of the Penn Dutch Shopping Center at the Southwest corner of State Rd. 7 and Sample in Margate.
At one time I was 220 and went on a modified Atkin's diet...had a few carbs but not many.. and managed to get down to the target weight for a while.
I once herd a football coach talking about the players that come into training camp to prepare for the new season being overweight and he said if one doesn't experience hunger, one won't lose the weight - he was talking about prime of life professional athletes.
In the end, what ever works for one is what one should do...I see nothing wrong with the concept of Dunching, but was just commenting that it left me hungry before bedtime and my inability to just have a glass of water to ease the pangs made it less than totally effective.
Good luck on your diet - seems like you are making good progress and I'll wager as you get closer to your target weight you might have to do some more "experimenting"...
One way to avoid the evening hunger pangs is simply to go to sleep earlier. I find I can usually doze off if I simply go to bed early. Also since hard liquor has no carbs, just take a shot or two of that. Jim Beam will make you forget your hunger.
