The Browns go down in OT again (their fourth OT in seven games)....
Justin Tucker misses his first PAT attempt in over two hundred tries to cost the Ravens a shot in OT....
The Jaguars continue to tank their season...
And the Cowboys miss a last-second FG attempt to tie the game against the ‘Skins...
