Mr Conway would be correct if this was a permanent appointment. But this is an interim appointment and as such he can be there for 210 days before having Senate confirmation.
Anyway, that’s my understanding.

In the thread I posted from Tracy Beanz, she said it was 210, but could be renewed for another 210.
From what I have read about Whitaker, he would be an excellent permanent AG. I guess after 210 or 420 days, we will have a pretty good idea of how he will do on the job.

I often forget several people can't view twitter. I especially wish more could see twitter video. I went to Google Chrome ..kicking and screaming...because I needed a twitter friendly search engine. So I tried my best to post twitter information as much as I can.
