This is GREAT news! Not to shock anyone but the dems are already having hissy fits about this and plan to “investigate”. And Judge Napolitano is on Fox News with Shepard Smith announcing that this could be a nefarious act since Whitaker once stated that Mueller’s investigation could be shortened if his funds were dried up. (I can’t stand Napolitano, btw).

They’ll all make a big deal of this so Trump needs to make this a one/two punch and declassify the FISA warrants immediately so everyone can see how crooked Rosenstein is!

I LOVE SESSIONS.

I don’t like what has happened since Trump was inaugurated.

But I LOVE SESSIONS.

I spent a lot of time in Alabama in 2016. I heard him a lot on the radio. I watched a lot of videos of Sessions during Trump’s campaign. I watched some early Trump rallies with Sessions as the headliner.

I don’t know Session’s thinking or motives since becoming AG. But I have no doubt that we would have “President Hillary” if it weren’t for Sessions early in the Trump campaign.

If you bring up anything specific that has happened since the inauguration I will probably attack him as much as I’ll attack Mad Maxine (for pretty much anything she says).

Maybe we’ll learn more - and I’ll hate him or haters will learn to like him. But today I thank Sessions for all of his efforts (and they were great and risky when most wanted “Jeb” and Sessions would be a greatly weakened senator with president “Jeb” or Hillary” if Trump failed)

I don’t know if Sessions has been incompetent. Or if he’s been managing a swamp much bigger than we can imagine. Or if the job was just beyond his abilities. But, like SO MANY PEOPLE in Trump’s past, the right person was in the right place at the right time. And we should thank Sessions for his work in the first half year of Trump’s campaign - Session was irreplaceable in the job he did and we wouldn’t have “President Trump” without senator Sessions even if “AG sessions” didn’t work out.

Matthew G. Whitaker (born October 29, 1969) is an American lawyer and the acting Attorney General of the United States. He was appointed by Donald Trump to be the Acting Attorney General on November 7, 2018 following the departure of Attorney General Jeff Sessions from the Trump Administration.

Whitaker previously served in the Justice Department during the George W. Bush administration as the Chief of Staff to the Attorney General and as the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Iowa. Whitaker also ran as a Republican candidate in the June 3, 2014, primary election for United States Senate election in Iowa.

LOVED him as a Senator. Was DELIGHTED when I first heard of his AG appointment. WORST hire ever, he surprised the living sh*t out of me, he was so dismally ineffective.

I don't care how many measured, intelligent DC attourneys here come out of the woodwork, intoning about his steady, steely but little-understood resolve, how THINGS TAKE TIME, etc.

They trundled that out for TWO YEARS.
