Since no plans to plead guilty etc one could imagine his pension will remain intact.

Just about everyone in or associated with the Chicago/Cook County government structure is a criminal of some sort....mostly involving money.

Johnson stole over $300,000 of moms SS money?
Pray tell what in the world kind of job did mom ever hold to qualify her to get that much in SS money?

He just kept cashing his deceased mother’s SS checks and forging her signature. Only took the government 17 years to figure it out.

He is about as close to prison as he will ever get. The system protects its own. All the lawyers are after is a guilty plea to enhance their resume when they go into private practice.

$360,000 divided by 23 years== $15,652 a YEAR AVERAGE.
To: zerosix
Moms SS monthly checks amounted to over $1,500.00 for 17 years.
Again to be getting $1,500 a month in 1994 from SS indicates mom must have had a PhD and very responsible position somewhere but Im thinking mom probably had a government job but no doctor or lawyer.
Am I the only one questioning the math here?

Thought it was 17 years but anyway, mom must have had quite a professional job to qualify those SS numbers 23 years ago
