It’s a noble idea. But you have to see what breed comprises ninety percent of dogs in shelters. California, if it isn’t already, would become pit bull nation.
They’re doing it to cat breeders, too. My mother bred Persian cats for many years. If people want a particular breed - dog, cat or rabbit - they’ll have to go out of state to find it.
And all those breeders are going to have to find a new state or go out of business.
Is there a politician in that state that understands what FREEDOM is?!
