Kieran Ravi Bhattacharya had a pediatrician mother who pushed him, and when his friends were out playing baseball and lighting things on fire, he had to stay indoors and play his violin.
Kieran is 22 years old now, but let's take a look at him:

In mid November Kieran had a class called Social Issues in Medicine. One of the lecturers for this class was Dr. Beverly Adams, pictured below:

They say she, "has a PhD in Microaggressions". Hey, what in hell is that..?
I looked her up in NCBI and she seems to get really hot over microaggressions shown by doctors in their care for Native Americans on revervations (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4386281/).
But I digress...
Dr. Adams' lecture to Kieran's class carried the title, "Microaggressions: Why They Are So Sensitive". Apparently one of the early life experiences of Dr. Adams that attuned her to the problem of Microaggressions was being from West Virginia. People would ask her the haunting question, "You're from West Virginia, so why are you wearing SHOES..?"
Shattering, eh?
Another bit of her personal holocaust was the unforgettable zinger, "You're from West Virgina, but where is your accent..?"
Wow, that would really leave a mark, I'd just sink to my knees in tears.
You can confirm my claims via the audio file link I'm going to give you below, thought you have to advance the bar to 28:45, where after Dr. Adams' lecture Kieran asks for clarification about Microaggressions pretty politely, nothing at all like how AntiFa might "question" you:
Fast Forward to 28:45, their exchange continues to 34:00 or so
In their exchange, anarchist Kieran did bad stuff like ask, "Hey, if I punch someone in the face, SURE I'd be guilty, but if I punch THE AIR and someone takes offense, well....can I merit blame for that..?"
Because of Bhattacharya's questions about Dr. Adams' lecture, he was summoned to a conference with UVAMS's "ASAC", the Academic Standards and Achievement Committee.

Knowing how crazy the politics can get on campus these days, Keiran practiced a little Defensive Doctoring by taking that committee photo personally on that day, something I'll bet they didn't like.
ASAC told Bhattacharya that he had been, "repeatedly disruptive and threatening". When Kieran asked the committee to cite some examples of his threatening behavior they cited for him the fact that he was audio recording the ongoing meeting with them.
Nice, huh? They handed Kieran a one year suspension.
Med School is not like college, where student body is highly fluid; you are bonded to a group of 100 or so people very tightly. Study circles form, informal mentor/mentee arrangements are made, each helping others. Usually you graduate as that same group --this needless suspension is intended to induce Kieran to QUIT medical school completely, let leave the school blameless.
Meanwhile Kieran would still be on the hook for all the tuition debt.
UVA also arranged for their Police Chief to drop Kieran a line:

So here is this upstanding, studious guy who delays gratification, and works his butt off. But juuuust because of a few polite questions to a SJW from hell after a lecture --POOF..!!

I’ve run across some super sensitive folks from West Virginia who perceived any criticism as some grave insult about where they are from. However, one fellow was a bit different. My colleague found out that the president of the company we were doing a job for was a West Virginia native. My colleague’s usual approach was to inquire about the University’s football team and offer some praise about its prospects, trying to ingratiate himself. The guy replied, “don’t know and couldn’t care less”. — “You are from West Virginia, aren’t you?” —”Yes, and I got out as fast as I could.”
Thanks for the additional background info, however the two comments are frustratingly lacking in details.
“ggd51d” basically says the accused is ‘weird’, and he (ggd51d) knows of other secret, unreported, stuff that shows the accused got what he deserved....okaay...
OrangeHammer22h also throws out innuendos without details. Except for the ‘doxxing’ accusation - which apparently occurred after his suspension verdict. I know we are supposed to leave vengeance to the Lord, but if you think you have been unjustly treated it takes a strong man (and with eyes focused on Christ) not to retaliate.
Maybe the accused got what he deserved, but I didn’t see it from the article or two comments (by OrangeHammer and ggd51d).

Sadly that’s the only way because some people are relentless if their power is questioned.

You are correct. Older kid had a classmate in one of her college courses that drove her up the wall because he was so liberal and such a suck-up to the professor. Turns out, the guy was more conservative than she is and was playing the game extremely well. He got an “A” in the class. She applauded his efforts, both academically and in gamesmanship.
I taught this to my DIL when she was in school. I used to help her write papers that were so politically liberal for an insane lib prof, she aced the class.
I tried w/youngest GD but she speaks her mind and not in a bad way. She recently caught flak for speaking up to a doctor who had banned using a certain therapy. He said it didn’t work, she argued that it did work and that he should allow the therapists to do what is best for the patient. She got a little reprimand but they can use the therapy now.

I was once in a nursing home waiting room and a black man started talking to my sister and I. He told a sad tale and literally had us in tears. When he was gone I asked my sister what he said and she didn’t know either. LOL
He should consider an alternate career with a right wing death squad - maybe a specialty in the murder of butch lesbian academics would suit him well? If he sets up a GoFundMe to that end, let me know.

Microaggressions and “hate speech” rules are the new blasphemy laws. It is an affront to liberals’ sacred souls to hear facts contrary to their dogma or opinions contrary to theirs ... so they justify literal violence against blasphemers, haters, conservatives, etc.
