Ah, another opportunity for an NFL Boycott update! Yes, they are still disrespecting the flag and anthem. No otherwise conservative and patriotic American should be watching them, giving them your money, or support. Is NFL really more important? Shame on you.
I skipped the NFL for two full years of protests and League inaction (or worse). But I was back for the second half this season, as it became clear than nonsense had passed. And I’m glad I did. Week 16 and 17 had fantastic games, and the playoffs have been great. This weekend’s matchups are top-notch. And the prospect of Phillip Rivers or Andrew Luck getting their first trophy, or Brees and Brady their last is providing additional drama.
What, the boycott is non-sense, the protest of NFL disrespecting the flag and anthem are nonsense? They don’t matter? So, what do you do, change channels or wait until the game starts so you don’t have to see it, therefore it doesn’t exist? Or do you watch it, now desensitized to it, maybe you even cheer them on?
