Assumption.
No lethal threat to his family
Another assumption.
This girl is 11-12 years old. The man is 6'5" and 250 lbs. That punch in the face could've killed her.
Remember this recent story of another music teacher who punched a 14-year-old boy in the classroom: Maywood Music Teacher Punches Student That boy wasn't punched as hard, and many people sided with the teacher, but the teacher was arrested and charged.
You talk about disparity of force, and that self defense must be proportional to the threat. You’re right to focus on that. Because that’s what the DA will be focusing on.
You might be legally able use a hard punch to stop an attacker who is stronger than you. But try that against an unarmed little girl (as evil as she may be), and the DA will throw the book at you.
Is that fair? It doesn’t matter. Because all that matters is whether or not the DA thinks you used excessive force.
Human packs are feral and primitive without conscience or the ability to behave rationally. Scary as hell.
You remember that when someone threatens your family.
Is the guy supposed to wait until he’s on the ground with them kicking him in the face?
And when you end up in jail, he will be beside you.
It is called "genes" and the medat and gimmedat breeding that makes the feral animals into what they are. He was provoked and being harangued by a group of these bottom feeders.
Too bad the little bitch did not know how to duck a punch or not to walk into one. She has gotten in so many peoples faces and gotten away with it she thinks, what the hell...BAM, KOB
You push me, I will smack yo a$$.
...just a little polar bear hunting...did the feral have a razor?
and you would have stood back clutching your pearls
In 1968 I started high school, the first year of desegregation. My school got 90% of the blacks in our city.
Several riots.
One of my friend was pushed into his locker by several black girls, who slashed his face with razor blades.
We were much more afraid of the girls than the guys. Very nasty bunch.
By the way, I was good friends with many of the black guys (and a couple of girls).
My son was going to be bussed to a school where the ferals would put razor blades in the sides of the soles of their shoes. They would then side-swipe the white kids and cut their legs...more if they could knock them down. We went private at that point.
No. He could've pushed her away again, or restrained her, for example. Punching an 11yo girl in the face was the problem. Now he's facing charges.
I don't know what happened before the video started, but, if he hadn't punched her, then the girl might've been in trouble - not him. Was that his wife and kid with him? If she had a cell phone, she should've been on the phone with the police.
I've been in worse situations with teens - male teens, older and bigger than those girls - and some grownups. As a woman, though, punching is not what I think of doing. First thing I always did was call the police.
“Kids travel in packs like stalking animals today.”
Here’s the old “when I was a kid” statement: When I was a kid, my parents, and my friends’ parents, knew where we were every minute of the day. About 75% of adults today should have remained childless if parenting is “too hard” .
The herd mentality is strong. If she would have successfully struck him (they had already attempted to push him at least once) then what is the likelihood they would have swarmed? Highly likely based on past other incidents. So the solution is to diffuse the situation at the soonest opportunity, which he did. No further attack. Actions have consequences, and the girl got hers.
“This is 911. What is the nature of your emergency?”
“A sixth-grader just punched me.”
“And?”
“I want her arrested.”
“Sorry. All our police are tied up.”
“Dang.”
“That punch in the face could’ve killed her.”
If only. That would be one less convict whose three hots and a cot we’ll be paying for five years from now after SHE kills someone.
Accurate and concise summary. That we are now living in a seemingly lawless society where everything has been turned on its head (right is now wrong, wrong is now right) is by design.
LOL. She could’ve said there was trouble with teens at the mall. The police would’ve come.
