“KFI 640 radio reported that the LAUSD teachers received a gift box of rain ponchos that said Make American Great Again. Funny.”
Really? LOL. They all wore the same red rain ponchos anyway,,
I am in Pittsburgh. My pastor had approached me about serving on our church council. He invited me to sit in a meeting to see what it was like.
A lady seeking assistance for some charity was given time to make a pitch. She handed out brochures for her organization. One of the people who underwrote her was the Gates Foundation.
The Gates Foundation is heavily into supporting charter schools.
Unbeknownst to me five members of this church council were union public school teachers. Katy-bar-the-door the whole thing deteriorated into a very ugly union hall scrum.
I went to my pastor the next day and told him I was not interested.
“Virtually nobody on the west side of LA sends their kids to public schools”
There are LAUSD schools but the private schools are more in the west side and that’s where they send their kids. I know hands down, the strict Jewish-run schools wont allow any of their families to go to public school. It’s like they’re ‘above’ the population..
They are above, in income. Why anyone with income sends their kids t an LA school would be beyond my comprehension.
Not defending the teachers bt as for manufacturing of tje kids, what is there to care about? So many are delinquents.
The Wall Street Journal confirms that one of the union’s demands is limits on further growth of charter schools.
You may despise our little Hispanic kids we're trying to teach, and you may not care what happens to them or their teachers, but you'd be amazed at how many of them listen to Jordan Peterson and Ben Shapiro, who say there are only two genders, who believe in the right to bear arms, who join the military, and who are eager to hear a conservative voice.
Problem is, most conservatives would never bother to be a public school teacher. First you sneer that the money isn't good enough for Lords of Creation like you... then you call us greedy when we say the same thing. Our public schools are hotbeds of liberalism because of conservatives like you who don't understand that the hand that rocks the cradle shapes the next generation. You left it to the liberals, and then you whine about the result.
I’m sorry, I double checked (I’m pretty tired) and it’s the director who sent his kids to private school. You probably don’t have kids yet.
