Obstinko has a card up his sleeve. He has recruited Big Mike. She/he dribbles and talks trash like a pro!
I thought the same thing.
However, Africa cannot pay players very much in real dollars.
Secondly, the instant an African player shows real promise, they'll draft him into the NBA.
Can you imagine a Manute Bol sticking around in Sudan, for love of the game?
Not in a million years.
damn i miss out on everything
Africa isn’t all that poor. South Africa is pretty developed. So is Botswana. Could probably get 12 team league going in Southern part of the continent. Nothing spectacular. Hold it in high school/college basketball gyms.
And hold a fund-raising potluck after the game, with the winners eating the losers ...
Yum, yum ... eat 'em up ...
LOL
I hope Barack Hussein will finally go home to Africa and stay there.
Will they have Midnight Basketball Leagues, will Bill Clinton and Al Gore be involved also?????????????
Money transfer to useless “sh**hole” countries, to useless “sh**hole” people. Is there anything better than watching American money be wasted by our “betters”?
Probably another tax dodge to escape that 70% tax rate. “Invest in Africa” and write it ALL off your taxes.
> “Manute Bol was a good guy. RIP.”
I’d just been familiar with him from basketball, but just read the Wikipedia account of him. I agree.
Wow, what is that? Is the black man on the left a real person, or is he a fake/digitally created image?

Sounds like a great plan to bring Ebola to our shores.
Because on a continent where many are starving or dying of Ebola basketball just isn’t a high enough priority.
Well, we can finally see how good black people are at basketball when they aren’t subsidized by the government to enable them to play basketball all day and night.
