So he complained about his salary, the show decides to write him off (fire him) and his actions of instead of finding a new job, he stages a fake hate crime on himself hoping it would gain sympathy with the producers to keep him and pay him more? Because he would now be a victim and popular with name recognition? He actually believed this would work

He just can’t wait to get sentenced...He’s praying that he gets sent to a prison, so he can wear his pants around the bottom of his butt and get the attention of the butt boys there...He thinks he’ll be in queer heaven...

How would this have helped his salary? Was he expecting to be payed more out of sympathy? Or was he expecting to be rewarded for making more people hate Trump and his voters?

They spent all morning talking about how brilliant they were and how they solved this crime HE COMMITTED... And how he tainted the name of Chicago..

4) They spent an incredible amount of time investigating this- why can’t they solve any other crimes ???

I am not taking this idiot’s side. But I think it’s important to understand some aspects of the business:
1. There are music residuals for this show. If he is not getting a piece of that it’s huge.
2. There are back end points that make a lot more than salary. This is why you see Actors listed a producers.
3. There are other issues such as longer term contracts, appearance and concert fees.
The entertainment business is a LOT more than salary paid for a gig. In fact the salary is probably the least lucrative of the overall money.
