In an era of feminist-demanded no-fault divorce where it is the woman who files for divorce 70 to 75 percent of the time, with “feelz” being given as the reason 80 percent of the time, the man abandoning the marriage is a significantly lessened statistical probability. That the so-called “strong, indepenfent” women, particularly those contributing to the 42 percent out of wedlock birth rate, champion increases in the welfare state as .gov replaces the increasingly absent masculine influence is de rigueur for the feminist mindset. Divorced almost three years now and have dated around a bit. Anytime I've run across a woman described even remotely in the article above I kicked her to the curb as fast as I could and ran as fast as I could in the opposite direction.
Seriously.
Then I started dating the woman I've been with the past seven months now. For the first four months of our relationship she showed herself to be a true center-right woman. I could deal with that being a very right of center guy myself. No way I wanted some left-wing libtard loon.
Then one day she started playing the victim card with me about her past. Kicked her to the curb. Told her why. Didn't want to deal with that bullshit. She called, and called, and called. I refused to answer. A week passed and a mutual friend intervened on her behalf to ask I talk to her. I relented and agreed.
No more "victim" playing from her, she gets it I'm a traditional kinda guy and I just don't want the drama or the bullshit from her past, period. I don't burden her with mine, I don't want hers. We're both just too old for that shit, quite frankly.
She treats me like a king and I treat her like a queen in return and IMO *that* is the way it's supposed to be.
And there you have it. Women really hate sex, hate men, even hate their children. And they live in flocks, like chickens, the dumbest of animals.
OTOH, there are still some of us who love men. I visited a very sick male friend in the hospital yesterday wearing my gym hat with "Babe" printed on it in gold letters. The men in the room and some of the young nurses loved it, but female "patient advocate" in charge told me to leave, I was upsetting the patient.
With my hat? I suppose a pussyhat would have been OK. And BTW, I'm 82.

Bingo. Many of the women I meet tell me they’d much rather be living in the 50s. These are successful, professional women.
