There was a skit on SNL where everything some poor schmuck did around the office infuriated the women. Then Tom Brady came in doing the same only worse and they ate it up. He even groped Amy Poehler’s boob on camera as she grinned maniacally.

My older son is a complete dork. Gamer/nerd in almost every way. He’s also very tall, quite skinny, and not a bad looking guy (takes after his parents, equally, I like to say), now that he’s out of the awkward stage. I’ve told him for quite some time that all he has to do is ask girls. All of a sudden he’s discovered the power of being tall and wearing a uniform. Tom Brady has been his hero for years. I’m now trying to get my son to use his powers for good.
My younger son is not awkward at all, also tall, not nerdy, and we have to do lot more parenting. A LOT more. Ugh.

I’ve been reading throguh the comments and the bitterness and anger expressed by the men on this forum is staggering.
Sounds like my freshman english class.
I remember the text was “Writing with a Purpose,” which was apparently widely in use.
Carrying on the time tested, honored male tradition of blame shifting their problem onto women.
Adam did it with Eve when he threw her under the bus when God asked him if he ate.

And not only did he betray Eve, he had the amazing audacity to blame GOD TO HIS FACE, for giving *that woman* to him in the first place.
To this day men resist being the man, being the adult in the room, and taking responsibility for their own actions.
I am convinced that what this world needs is a good major disaster or something.
People have too much time on their hands and when they are not engaged in a struggle for survival, get into all kinds of trouble, just like bored toddlers.
You just have to give birth to them. Men are legally obligated to support them for the following 18 to 21 years. Even if it turns out the kid is not biologically theirs.
Women have demanded "choices". They now have all the choices. They can choose to abort, with the father having no say in the matter, nor even an obligation to inform him it happened, even within marriage.
She can walk away from the kid after birth, giving the kid up for adoption or foster care, with no legal consequence.
In marriage, she can choose to walk away from the father (and about 70% of divorces are initiated by the woman), take the kids (mothers get custody in the vast majority of cases), and deny him visitation under various excuses.
But HE is financially liable for the following 18-21 years.

No, the woman doesn't *just have to give them birth* as if after that her job is done.
She is the main caregiver and does the lion's share of raising them.
Providing for them through working is NOTHING compared to the physical and emotional investment and toll pregnancy and childbirth and child rearing takes on a woman.
I worked full time before I got married. For ten years, enough to get a pension.
After I got married, I CHOSE to stay home with the kids and raise them. And I'll tell you, the day to day stuff at a job is nothing compared to the 24/7 investment in raising a child.
Office politics pale by comparison to sibling rivalry.
The crap you put up with at work you leave behind at the end of the day. Mom's job is not over after 8-10 hours five days a week.
If your job becomes intolerable, you have the option of finding another one. That option does not exist for a mother.
No way men can throw abortion all at the feet of the women. Thre are many cases of boyfriends especially, who force the women to have an abortion they don't want. Not every women who goes for one really wants one.
Just because 70% of the divorces are asked for by women doesn't mean they are responsible for the divorce. A man who cheats on his wife or beats her, deserves what he gets if she leaves.
I know many, many cases where women divorced for those reasons. Men want the divorce rate to drop? Quit cheating on their wives and stop beating them.
But HE is financially liable for the following 18-21 years.

I understand that there are some batcrap crazy women out there who set up their husbands and lie through their teeth, but that is NOT the norm or majority by any means.
