I understand the letter would be a Federal charge but from what Ive read, Foxx wanted them to turn the case (lynching and beating) over to the Feds. They told her no. Given her connection to Obamas friend who contacted her on behalf of the Obamas and the Emanuels, wouldnt the implication be that the Obamas and Emanuels were looking for a particular outcome? Otherwise, why would they bother?

This is troubling....it means the FBI is still answering to the Obamas and will do their bidding.
...if the FBI was still doing their bidding?
Wouldn't the FBI have said YES and taken the case up if the FBI was still doing their bidding?
