Oh well....I'm off to bed.
This little lady is so cute. She does not shirk from doing it right, either.

She is adorable. I haven’t had braciole in years.
She is precious!! Thanks for posting.
Love Lasagna. Can’t cook. God bless Stouffers. I’m just sayin’.
Yum. In food there is beauty.
What a wonderful, genuine, sweet human being. I had a big grin on my face the whole video. Brought back fond memories of my Italian mom.
Thanks for sharing.
I made lasagna a few days ago for a bunch of people. I haven’t made in years my version of lasagna with with whole wheat noodles and soy sausage (a lot of my guests did not like meat).
Too much work for a Saturday nite, but I’ll be at the table when it’s served!
Sweet lady.
Oh what a sweet lady — and my stomach is rumbling...
I ended up watching 3 of her videos and I’m now starved....lol
I’m not Italian; but that lady knows cooking.
I learned a lot and will share with others.

Biggest Italian food disappointment of my life was on a brief visit to Capri and having Lasagna...with hard-boiled egg slices in the mix. NO.
Same trip...eating home-cooked meals with local church families...always simple pasta, meatballs, sausage...and worth every calorie. Added bonus, the group we were with was in Campagna, set-up in a 400 year old olive grove. Amazing towns and villages that we visited and ministered in.
my wife has an Italian grandmother who can cook, and every meal I’m thankful.
So glad you saw this video — I was about to ping you. Other posters have already used this word, “adorable” — can’t think of a better one.
When were you two in It’ly, ministering?
I want to go to Italy.....
