“The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency has lodged a detainer against Sueidan, a spokesman for the agency said.
The detainer requests local authorities to notify ICE if Sueidan is released from criminal custody.
”(ICE) will seek to take him into custody for removal proceedings following the resolution of the criminal charges he currently face,” said Bryan Cox, a spokesman for the agency’s southern region.”
ICE should be “disbanded as currently constituted, and re-established with completely new leadership and rules regarding the detention of illegals and potential terrorists that assure that they are ALWAYS taken into custody, processed and completely disposed of!

Doing business with Muslims/Arabs, especially those not educated or experienced in Western culture, they have two strategies - very meek and mild, or overtly aggressive.
Its cultural, where everything is about “power” and perceptions of it - and in his Muslim/Arab world view, “meek and mild” would not cut it at the gates of Fort Bragg. So he took the aggressive approach instead.
