LAS VEGAS (AP) — A jury in Las Vegas flatly rejected former U.S. Sen. Harry Reid’s lawsuit against an exercise band maker he blamed for injuries — including blindness in one eye — he suffered when the stretchy device slipped from his grasp and he fell face-first a little more than four years ago.
After eight days of testimony, the eight-member civil trial jury deliberated about an hour before declaring that Reid never proved the first of 10 questions they were asked to decide: that the device Reid used that day was a TheraBand made by Ohio-based Hygenic Corp.

I heard it was his brother.
There was a story online that his brother appeared at a bar that night all worked up and said he had done something horrible (hinting to his brother?)

Good story but the timeline is off. I would not be surprised though, the brother is a well known character around Vegas.
He had all the look of someone who had been beat up and didn’t want to tell anyone.
That says family or the Mob.
As dumb as Reid is, it always amazed me the GOP-e never seemed to be able to breach his security walls.
Probably since McCain was his secret spy network.

Reid should sue Guido the Enforcer, ya think. At least Reid has his knee caps.
Apparently Mr. Clean Face didn’t hold up his part of an agreement.
Do a search on Mr. Clean Face and see if Harry Reid pops up on the first page.

The jury took only an hour to deliberate, so Reid’s case must have been especially weak.

It's the true story of the Mob's control of Vegas during the 70s and 80s.
One of the main characters is the Chairman of the Nevada State Gaming Division,the board that approves casino licenses...among other things.He's played by Dick Smothers and his character is only referred to as "Senator".He's depicted as a filthy,corrupt pol...the type you'd expect to be owned by the Mob.
The *real* Chairman of that board was,during the 70s and 80s,one Harry Reid...who back then was a Nevada state Senator.
Well, well, well Harry, I guess you’re going to have to go to the McDonald’s drive-through, order some hot coffee, place it between your legs and ... well, you know the drill.
I do not think that Harry’s injuries were consistent with the story that was told and this “lawsuit” was a face saving exercise. But I will say that stretchy things like bungee cords can be quite dangerous. I can’t tell you how many times I have been trying to fasten something down really tight and the bungie somehow came loose and the loose end smacked me in the head and nearly took my eye out. It is a miracle that I still have sight in both eyes.
Harry is a shyster. Always has been, always will be.
