Yes it is spendy properties here. We have a small 3BR, 1.5 Bath no garage and a small yard that rents for $750/month plus bills. We are about 1 mile from Downtown right by the Baseball Field.
I guess Our small, sleepy little Town isn’t anymore...
And it def ain't no 'hood. It's where cHarotte empties out to on the summer weekends. Always congested, but in no way what you'd call a violent area.
Loons are everywhere, tho', since we can't lock'em away anymore.
