As you know if you've ever watched a TV show about lawyers, you should never ask a question if you don't already know the answer. You shouldn't be arrogant enough to assume you already know it, just because you really want to believe it's true. Don't get cocky. Don't hurt your own case.
In other words, don't be the Senate Democrats. They're out of power right now, and until they start winning some elections again, all they can do is complain about being thwarted again and again. Whine, whine, whine:
.@realDonaldTrump and the Republican-led Senate have aggressively pushed to reshape the judiciary with conservatives. Decades of hard-fought progress could be erased. We must take back the Senate. Senate Democrats (@dscc) May 5, 2019
As part of this effort to take back the Senate from those rotten voters who don't know what's good for them, the Dems decided it would be a good idea to hold a Twitter poll. They invited chaos. And unfortunately for them, chaos has a sense of humor.
Whoops. Kavanaugh wins again!
But it gets even better. David Rutz, Washington Free Beacon:
The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee deleted a Twitter poll it had posted Friday asking users if they preferred Supreme Court justices to be like Ruth Bader Ginsburg or Brett Kavanaugh...
Senate Democrats lost the majority in the 2014 midterms and have yet to regain it; Republicans currently hold 53 seats in the chamber.
The poll didn't go the way they planned, they asked a question without knowing the answer, so they just deleted it. That's the Democrat way. If you can't accept what's happening, then... don't. When reality doesn't do what you want, just ignore reality.
And of course, #RepublicansPounced:

Hey @DSCC, I saw you deleted this tweet so I printed it out and dropped it off at your building so you never forget about it. pic.twitter.com/CkimJk2L1v Caleb Hull (@CalebJHull) May 5, 2019

After each humiliating defeat, the Dems just retreat further and further into their own little world. If they won't listen to the truth, then they'll hear our laughter.
Dems want it to be one way. But it's the other way.
Seems like The Dems can only win with voter fraud ! Even on a twitter
There are certainly differences between the two. Brett Kavanaugh is still alive.
And provably so.......................

yup
Ok someone put up a new Twitter pole Devin Nunes against Jerry Nadler.
If only Ruthie would (or could) respond....

Same hypocrites that whined how dangerous it would be if Trump questioned the election when Hillary won, then when she didn't they switched to questioning the election 24x7 for two and a half years now and still counting.
Of course, they had to pull it down since it didn’t come up with the answer they wanted.
right now, Jack the Ripper could beat Ginsburg
While I like Kavanaugh, where is option C—Clarence Thomas?
Glad to hear he kicked her scrawny butt... Now we have to hope he doesn't arrested for the assault...

I'd like 9, please.
“I’d like 9, please.”
Well, if we are going to imagine our ideal, I’d like 5 like Thomas and 4 extremely-radical rightwing Christian Evangelicals with absolutely zero knowledge of the law. And pack the courts on down with them.
Then, when something like military tribunals are set up to execute abortionists for crimes against humanity and incarcerate those in public education teaching kids sex perversion, the leftists will find themselves supplicating to men like Thomas. That would be beautiful.
Evangelical Activist Justice: Are you sure “ex post facto” is not some commie nonsense invented by these commie defense attorneys?
Thomas: No, it’s actually in the Constitution.
Evangelical Activist Justice: Well, I know it’s not in my Bible, but I trust you Clarence, so we’ll go along with your opinion.
Then, when some of Thomas’ enemies in the Deep State Media found themselves in similar circumstances, appealing to his level-headed reason, he could give them a great big grin and say, “Sorry, but I must recuse myself.”
The newly-reformed media would start calling those five Thomas-like Constitutionalists “moderates.” It would be beautiful.
