I’m shopping for a new water heater to replace a 75 gallon unit. I was told yesterday that 75 and 100 gallon electric water heaters are banned. The contractor proposed installing TWO 50 gallon units side by side.

Consider a gas powered tankless. Likely will save you a ton of money in the long run.
