Cazenovia Man Arrested for Possessing Forged NYS Inspection Document:

The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Cazenovia man who was in possession of a forged NYS Department of Motor Vehicles document.

23-year-old Joseph Grabosky was pulled over for a traffic violation on Route 365 in the Town of Verona. Upon further investigation, it is alleged that Grabosky was in possession of a scanned image of an actual NYS inspection certificate, that had been printed and displayed on his vehicle.

Grabosky was arrested and now faces multiple charges including Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument in the Second Degree, an uninspected motor vehicle and inadequate exhaust infractions. He was arraigned in the Town of Verona Court and released.

Well, that would understandably be a more serious offense than the other, being so laughably fake and absurd.

I used to ‘argue’ that ‘you threaten me with take away my first born, throw me in jail and fine me if I were to drive without insurance, THEN you charge me more for people that drive without insurance.

During my Web searches for related material to post here, I came across some other guy in New York who did just that and got caught. Bronx it was, I believe.

guy will prolly get screwed for forgery where a friend of mine get caught in the late 70's with a hand drawn sticker with the earth sign, peace love and a bunch of other crap written on it while we were sitting at a light

the cop in the riders side of the squad car looked over, laughed and just pointed to the side of the street

we pulled over and he got a ticket for no inspection but NOT a forgery since the only resemblance to a real one was the current color and a hole punched in the right place

cops dint even make him take it off, this was 7:30 in the morning, the day got progressively stranger from there
