When Obama was running the first time I had a gym buddy whose teenage daughter was working hard on the Obama campaign. When Biden came to Tallahassee to thank the team my buddy told me (laughing) that Biden had tweaked both her breasts and made squeaky balloon noises. He thought it was hilarious.
I said, “would it be okay if I tweaked your daughter’s breasts?”
He snapped, “No!”
I said, “Then why is it okay for Biden to do it?”
It seemed he tried to make several starts at an answer but nothing came out. He turned red and went back to his set. We never talked again.
