Wow! I have no problem at all understanding that that would be an extremely hard and difficult project. Often these things are more a labor of love than investment opportunity. Because you very rarely even break even when/if you later decide to sell the car.

You can buy every panel of that car on line or...you could find a 66 fastback and swap tags etc.
