I think the incentives run the wrong way, when you consider the time value of money.
Many of the wealthy businessmen and powerful politicians live to seemingly very old ages. I have wondered how much of that is due to better healthcare and/or the availability of healthcare treatments not available to others.
Think Jimmy Carter or even Hillary. Perhaps more people are praying for them.
Sad atheists. They see the end coming and feel only terror. Snake oil salesmen with medical degrees sell them all sorts of false hope.
They will never avoid the Reaper. They will face accountability for their crimes.

The FDA doesn’t waste its’ time addressing things that aren’t happening.
See the link below from the FDA a few months ago addressing the young blood fad.
—
The FDA has recently become aware of reports of establishments in several states that are offering infusions of plasma from young donors to purportedly treat the effects of a variety of conditions. The conditions range from normal aging and memory loss to serious diseases like dementia, Parkinsons disease, multiple sclerosis, Alzheimers disease, heart disease or post-traumatic stress disorder. We have significant public health concerns about the promotion and use of plasma for these purposes. There is no proven clinical benefit of infusion of plasma from young donors to cure, mitigate, treat, or prevent these conditions, and there are risks associated with the use of any plasma product.
Yeah. That is exactly what all you old billionaires need. Young and thin blood for your hardened arteries. Too bad you still got that old heart.
From the FDA:
Important Information about Young Donor Plasma Infusions for Profit
February 19, 2019
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is advising consumers to be cautious about establishments offering infusions of plasma obtained from young human donors with the claim that the infused plasma will treat a variety of conditions ranging from normal aging to memory loss.
