With regard to young people living forever because they have young blood...not even logically possible, because that is likely the age range at which your immune system IS at its optimum. You can’t improve upon optimum, even if your 16-year-old friend gives you some of his or her plasma. Oh, and optimum isn’t perfect - young people get sick, too, even with great nutrition and enough sleep.
I don’t have a single problem with someone buying the plasma of a younger (but adult) person - who is voluntarily giving it up - and using it on themselves. This is purely libertarian - I can voluntarily give up a (renewable) resource that I own for money, and you can voluntarily buy it. Whether it works to accomplish the goal of extending healthspan and/or lifespan is an entirely different matter.
OTOH, taking plasma (or blood) from an aborted fetus/baby for these purposes is an absolute outrage. Same for any other body parts, and mainly because abortion itself is an outrage. But that is not voluntary, notwithstanding if the mother gives permission - there is no consent from the baby. That is why I stated above that this would have to be a transaction between adults, because the person from whose body the plasma or blood came should be the ONLY one who can enter into this type of transaction. The body of an unborn baby is NOT the body of the mother, even if it is inside of the mother and drawing nutrition from the mother.

Over the last few decades there has been a substantially higher percentage of successful organ transplants but also a significant imbalance between the demand for and the supply of organs, creating the basis for a highly profitable black market trade in human organs. Sometimes there are reports that children have been kidnapped, only to reappear later lacking one kidney, or that they simply disappear and are subsequently killed to have all their transplantable organs removed for profit. The European Union feels that there is a need for action and that it has a duty to act in this field, especially for ethical reasons. There is now established close co-operation between the various European transplant organizations. The legal protection of children with regard to organ transplantation is not specifically mentioned in the existing conventions because this issue was not foreseen at the time of their preparation. However, the issue is covered in a broader sense by more general provisions. There are endless rumours surrounding this area. Members of various organizations who travel in the suspected countries say that the trafficking in children who are sold for transplantation is well known, but it is too difficult and very dangerous to catch the people involved. Bear in mind that it is precisely these youths with their vital immune systems who die of over-active immune responses in the presence of flu+anti-viral treatment. IIRC, it is called a cascade effect.
I am not aware of any zero-sum conditions in the youth vs age situation. Upsides, perhaps. Downsides, too.
Also, how often does the infusion need to occur? Blood components have their own life span.
I gave plasma, once. It took a long time and I was exhausted for several days afterward. I wasn’t a teen, closer to 30 or so. Much more debilitating than just giving blood, as I recall.
