Interesting stuff.
The Russians have a history of mysticism that has affected the course of events. The mad monk Rasputin had an undue influence on the Czar and his wife and actually had a say in Russia’s prosecution of WW I. Soviet leaders, who publicly disavowed religion and were professed atheists had their personal astrologers who they frequently consulted. Too bad there are no records of those conversations and how they affected policies. The Russian people have bizarre superstitions that have been an inherent part of their culture and history. This delusional colonel’s writing is very consistent with Russian behavior and customs.
OK Ivan.
Why not t? I know what my is going to say before she says it: Get your eyes off that young woman.
Every. Time.
The movie Dreamscape from the 1980’s comes to mind.
I can't have any secrets.
“Its hard to argue against it; in fact, I would say that its not really up for debate.”
At least I didn’t have to read very far.
My dogski tells me to drink wadka very day explained the Colonol.
So, if you want to telepath a dolphin, do you have to be nearby, or can you do it from across the ocean? Why not? Do thought waves only have a limited range?
Just questions, to no one in particular. Maybe someone already picked up on my thinking.
If telepathy were real, people would be making money with it. They’re not. If it were real, scientists would be predicting the results of repeatable experiments. They’re not.
“Aliens”, “No Moon landing”, “911 implosions”, “Mind reading”, you get the point.....
Some people are rational, some people are irrational.
There is zero doubt about the “being stared at” phenomena.
Certain people pretty much ALWAYS react if they are being stared at. Even through a TV camera from a remote location.
Don’t beieve me? Get on a bus and sit in the back, and try staring at someone.
And statistics can be use to show that cows indeed can fly. Just depends on the data input and the formulae used to compute the curve desired.
Just BS to use statistics to actually prove or disprove anything is real beyond an assumption of existence or not since the outcome is predetermined in the first place.
“Russian Military Colonel: Human & Animal Telepathy Is 100 Percent Real”
Perhaps, but is it 100% accurate?
There is a controversial British scientist/Youtube star named Rupert Sheldrake who says the same thing and has done experiments to prove it.
