If I am not mistaking most Russian multy-unit housing buildings constructed between late 1960s-1992 which are a majority of existing urban housing has 3 phase 380v in kitchen and 220v elsewhere. Bathroom is by default also a laundry room with washer and dryer installed so there are 220v outlets to run it.
And their televisions tended to explode if you didn’t unplug them when not in use.
There was an article of a young girl that was listening to music on her phone while in the bathtub. Plugged into an extension cord - with the connection resting on the floor.
She stepped out of the tub and with her wet feet and the humidity in the bathroom with the cold floor there was enough condensation on the floor to conduct the electricity and she was electrocuted.
I turn on the bathroom fan switch using a towel when it is humid after a shower. Not sure if that does much - but it couldn’t hurt.
Everything I have in bathroom is 12v including lights except USB outlet which is 5v.

That’s ALOT of power!
I’ve been shocked many times with 120 V but only once with 220/240 V.
BAM! I was instantly 20 feet from the electrical box and flattened against a wall — no telling how far I would have travelled.
Thanks for the info!
They have it grounded and circuit breakers too but I don’t think it is of much help in such a situation.
