“There are websites, Instagram profiles, and bestselling books dedicated to instructing people how to use their stitching talents to challenge the Trump Administration.”

At the risk of being a real bitch, I’ve got say-it seems like these online “fiber arts community” broads have WAY too much time on their hands-knitting or no knitting-maybe they should re-enter the real world...

In the heart of every lie-beral eats the heart of a tyrant - a mass murdering control freak that demands power over other.

Reminds me of the women in the musical, The Music Man, where they were doing a Greek play or whatever it was.

Who knew there was this cult of militant knitters? Now we know where those pussy hats came from the day after Pres. Trumps inauguration.

They should take up basket weaving as well because they are lunatics in need of therapy.

"We are definitely not banning conservative politics. Hate groups and intolerance are different from other types of political positions," the group says.Yeah, I'm sure clearly intolerant twits are going to be friendly towards conservatives. Not a chance.

Please remember to include the parody tags. I mean this has to be parody, right?

like I stated in my other post, my GF followed them a year ago and the members or posters there are nasty people who got kicked off the Etsy forums for just being...nasty. It’s not a big deal and knitters just move on to other sites.

Many groups on social media that have nothing to do with politics are having the same issue. The socialists can’t keep their opinions to themselves, and they blast anyone that doesn’t agree with them 100%. I don’t even know how they get new supporters, they attack even those that are on the fence about things. I am talking on pages that are meant for recipe sharing, memories of locations, or support pages for certain occupations.
It is crazy out there.

I hate to admit it, but I've been a member of Ravelry for years. Yes, there are plenty of pussy hat and "F Trump" patterns but I never noticed any political comments. I use the site mainly to look for patterns and to show off my creations.
This is my autumn wreath.
