As opposed to giving the listeners the full story; complete information so they can make their own decisions how to proceed. As opposed to bringing up the real issues like the erosion of our liberties; our freedoms. We are fast losing the right to religious liberty as well.

Have you noticed that virtually nothing is said about this country morphing into a de facto police state? How about our rights we keep losing, a little at a time? Losing our liberties in the name of security? The list goes on and on. But 95% of what they lament about is how bad the Democrats are (as if we don’t know).

Not much on Diane Finestein’s Chinese spy she had for 20 years - why not? The subversives like Huma or V. Jarrett, or Susan Rice, or Lois Lerner. These people are/were involved in some very nefarious activity. Benghazi, Uranium One...the list is quite long.

For me (and probably others as well), I don’t need to be told who or how or even whether to vote at all or the best way to participate in the political process. I need relevant information. Timely information.

And as for fox - they tried to derail Trump’s candidacy from day one. Megan kelly and Bret Baier never could have performed that act without the blessing of fox management.

You realize who would have been sitting in the Oval Office right now if they succeeded, right?

Bad as all that is, their most egregious transgressions is giving the impression that no personal civic activity is necessary to make the country whole again, just sit back, listen to them for 3 hours/day, and the politicians will do the rest.

Mark Levin rails about that all the time, not really sure when it comes to Rush or even Sean, but Levin has even written books on the topic. The erosion of our rights are being played out in the court systems, by ideologue judges. They are also being played out in state legislatures, and lately all the way down to city leaders as well.

Hey I fully expect a Civil War, and it will not be pretty mainly because identifying the opposing side will be very hard indeed. If the FBI does not crack down on groups like Antifa, a communist group if ever I saw one, someone is going to fight back and more than just blood will be spilled.

Police just follow orders, and most likely in bastions of ultra liberal leadership they share the sentiment and are more than happy to carry out the orders they receive.

We are very much in agreement, Mr. DeLong. Despite a few areas (but isn’t some disagreement natural?), we are clearly on the same team.

Although I don’t know what form it will take, I also am expecting some kind of brutal civil conflict.

Incidentally, the people I complain about and/or express angst for, it is more like a family fight, rather than turning my back on anyone. In the end, we all need to stick together.

Thank you for the dialogue. I’m glad we kept it civil and (hopefully) respectable.

Oh yeah, we are conservatives, so disagreement occurs, but we still offer dialogue with respect even in slight disagreement, because I know in the end we are on the same team. The leftists want a fight, a fight they will regret in the end even if they come armed which I have no doubt they will. My only contention really was with you speaking ill of 3 of the most informative on our side. They may sidestep some topics, but I do not fault them for that because we need their voices. So if it requires them side stepping on a few issues I am okay with that. There are many fish to fry, and they fry most of the fish if not all of them. That unfortunately is the climate we are now living in, which is quite foreign to what we are used to.
