methinks this is a fake as it cuts away from his lips and face when making the most provacative statements or words. There is a seemingly unnatural cut just before he says the word “Kenya.”
While I do believe Barack Obama has some shady history regarding the circumstances of his birth...this particular video does not prove it for me. I think it is the work of someone with an agenda. Is this what they call a Deep Fake?

Obama is a fraud. But he is far from being stupid. There is zero chance he would have admitted that he was born in Kenya. I think that video is a clever fake. I’m guessing that an Obama voice impersonator was dubbed in over the video.
