True that. To which I’d add, who was to Drejka to decide who is handicapped and who is not? Lots of folks walk normally, but have severe limitations. It’s up to a cop to sort that out, not Drejka.

The State decides. Well, actually your Doctor. Then they give you a placard. It’s illegal to park without a placard whether you’re handicapped or not.
