I’ve thought for many years that, along with a balanced budget amendment and a term limits amendment, we should amend the Constitution to prohibit family members of congress-critters & presidents from occupying the same office/position. No free country needs “political dynasties”, or even the idiotic practise of appointing/nominating the spouses of deceased legislators to fill the same position...
