People ask "Where was God on 911?"
He was where He always is. Up on His throne in heaven observing everything and intervening where He knew it was needed.
He was causing a small accident that jammed cars up going to work at the WTC.
He was delaying trains.
He was causing a blister from a man's new shoes so he would have to stop and get a Bandaid and be late from work at the WTC.
He was making a small child sleepy and slow to prepare for school, making his mother late for work at the WTC.
He was giving a man a cold that caused him to call in sick from his position at the WTC.
He was causing small problems that caused people to change their flight plans on the four planes that crashed.
He was with His children as they stepped out of broken windows to escape the flames and plunging to their deaths.
He was with the firefighters as they bravely climbed the stairs to save as many as they could.
He was holding up the building so that many could escape and eventually turn to Him.
He was with the people who died when the towers fell.
He was with the frightened families who didn't know for hours or days if their loved ones were safe.
He was with those who prayed to Him and grieved and cried.
He was there. All you had to do was call on Him.
How do you respond to a Jewish person when they ask, “Why did God allow The Holocaust to happen?”
He was watching a nation that would turn back too him for only a short time then it would largely reject him just a short while later.
The more things change, the more they stay the same.
Know Jesus, know peace.
Why do good things happen to bad people?
God is all knowing and if God is 100% goos and 100% love then there’s a reason for everything. Why were thousands of Christians killed by the Romans? Millions of Christians killed by Muslims? I don’t know but Hebrews 11 sums it up a bit

I do not have time to tell about Gideon, Barak, Samson and Jephthah, about David and Samuel and the prophets, 33 who through faith conquered kingdoms, administered justice, and gained what was promised; who shut the mouths of lions, 34 quenched the fury of the flames, and escaped the edge of the sword; whose weakness was turned to strength; and who became powerful in battle and routed foreign armies. 35 Women received back their dead, raised to life again. Man was at the controls of the stolen aircraft, misusing them as weapons to commit mass murder..
Man was across the river in New Jersey, cheering the destruction.
Man was in "Palestine", ululating and passing out sweet bread to celebrate victory of "allah" over the infidel.
Man was in Afghanistan and Pakistan and Arabia and Iraq and Iran, plotting further atrocities.
Man was storming the cockpit of at least one of those aircraft, retaking it from the evil murderers.
Man was running UP the stairs of the WTC, and into the burning sections of the Pentagon, rescuing some of those who could not rescue themselves.
Man was at the controls of numerous small boats ferrying people away from the burning WTC wreckage
Man was in the White House, and in military command centers around the world planning retributive justice against the islamic terrorists.
I propose that none of that was His plan. Jesus said, “My Kingdom is not of this world”. Stuff happens. God’s plan is to bring His folks home.
Nicely written. God was with the children as they began their first day of school. The Tuesday after labor day is the first day of school in Ny. Many parents join their young children for first day of school and went into work late or took the day off.
This was tbe case with Howard Lutnick of Canter Fitzgerald. His firm lost over 600 people. By surviving, the firm continued he stopped the paychecks of those killed but gave families 10 years ins. And 25% of 5 years profits.
The Jews are going to have to figure this out on their own. They should start with "free will".
My question is how can HOLY GOD intervene for a nation that has turned its back on Him and His authoritative Word?
America has murdered some 60 million babies since Roe V Wade, legitimized sodomy unions, made divorce and fornication non-consequential acts, defends the guilty and condemns the innocent, and spews filth from their mouths like sewage pipes, just to name a few.
And unless you wine, dine and entertain them, you can’t hardly even get professing Christians to go to church these days.
“The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God.” - Psalm 9:17
But I believe it’s probably the Number One reason that the majority of the Jewish people I know are hardcore atheists.
It will get worse until Christ returns.
Exactly - God is blamed for what man does.
I’m not sure that I would assign the term “blame” to the last four entries in my list …

Oh, now that is a frightening twist. Jews have been persecuted through the millenniums. It seems to be starting all over again. They have earned my admiration and respect by their uncanny perseverance. I hate to have them fall away from God, yet they sure do have reason to doubt.
And He was there to sentence the killers to hell for an eternity while wrapping his arms around the innocents being ushered into His kingdom for an eternity. He was/is there always.
And He ensured the 19 are today burning in Hell and will forever with no hope of salvation.
He was on flight 93.
He was in FAA headquarters grounding flights. (Groups of 5 swarthy middle eastern men simply walked away from many of grounded flights, abandoning their luggage and quietly disappearing)
I wonder how many crashes were averted because Bush had the wisdom to ground ALL flights immediately.
