In the days before you could order both groceries and magazine subscriptions online, it was damn near impossible to walk through a supermarket checkout line without seeing the term “bikini body” plastered on glossies at the newsstand. By today’s standards, strapping two pieces of material onto any body fits the bill, but a decade ago, the term was still reserved for only those with six-pack abs and not an inch of perceived bodily "imperfection" in sight.
The definition was so narrow, the ideal so unattainable, that when actress and runway model Kate Upton appeared in a bikini on her first Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover in 2012, people straight-up called her fat. Fast forward five years to when she appeared on the magazine’s cover again in 2017—a year after Ashley Graham became the first curve model to cover the issue—and that same body was criticized for not being “diverse enough,” proving just how much our definition of the “bikini body” has changed for the better over the last 10 years

Ashley Graham is an okay looking gal who figured out that she could make more money skipping the gym than hitting it... due to all the PC guilt stuff
Sorry, but there is no doubt in my mind she goes out of her way to carry the weight she does, just as much as some gals go out of their way to keep it off.
I like a buxom gal myself, but she’s not simply a “bigger gal” that’s “healthy”... she’s actively working on being the size she is.

Personally I have never found most “models” attractive.. .no they are ugly, but tend to be too skinny or not curvy enough for me to be going nuts over... I feel the same away about most gals that are considered sexy by the media... Again, not that they are unattractive, but they just aren’t folks that draw me in when I see them.
Some exceptions to that would be Kathy Ireland, back in the day.. hell even now I would probably wind up with my jaw on the floor if I saw her in person. Anna Nicole Smith in her prime would be another.
Its not that I don’t look at these women and think they are ugly, or that if I met and hit it off with them I would not ask them out, but just from a purely physical perspective, the typical media push in the US is generally not curvy enough for my taste.. again not that they are ugly, but not that they are going to draw me in.
If however you have a very pronounced hourglass figure, and ample top i am going to notice you far more than just some very fit think size 2 model. And if you are a brunette with blue or green eyes, and a pretty face, I am almost certainly going to notice you in a crowd almost instantly.
I’m also old enough to know, looks ain’t everything... Gorgeous gal with bad attitude... or a snooze in the sack... well looks just can’t get you over that... not for me anyway. A lesser looking gal with a great attitude and wild abandon in bed, wins hands down.

The only way I’d ever be curvy or have ample boobs would involve surgical modification/enhancement-and as a naturalist that would be unacceptable-so I learned to naturally enhance what God gave me by being healthy and strong, with clothes and makeup, etc that look good on me-and keeping waist length hair, which men like. I also get along best with men-I only have one female close friend-I have no use for most women and I will not work with/for them-they are mostly dishonest and manipulative. I’ve always found a fine, macho cowboy to be my equal and my man-still do that, too-it is all about accepting yourself as you are and being happy about that...
Well, he is right. I mean the beach is fine but I am still not used to seeing men in shorts in the city. Ladies, well if they can wear skirts then shorts are no different. Although I haven’t seen a lady in a skirt in years unless it is a wedding or a funeral. So we have ladies in long pants and men in skirts. Welcome to modern America.

Interesting story: Farrah brought her own bathing suit to the photo shoot (she refused a more revealing bikini), did her own hair and make-up (unimaginable today), and even chose the image, from dozens, that would would be used for the poster.

It is still civilized where I live-in a remote rural area with no liberals except tourists-the democrat party in this county disbanded and went away after not even having a democrat run in a local race for 14 years-the city 50 miles away has looked like someplace from a dystopian novel for a long time-I do not go there except to see my guy-and I increasingly insist that he visit me out here instead-he may live in a gated enclave, but it is still a madhouse and I want nothing to do with it-I don’t think most of those in cities will survive if the SHTF=it will be a very dangerous place...
everyone should be comfortable with who they are... that’s healthy. Certainly want not implying you should look like what I find attractive at all.

Scary and it is spreading rapidly. As I approach retirement, I have been really looking forward to fulfilling a lifetime dream of domestic travel. There are many cities I have wanted to visit and sites to see. With the rapid decay unravelling before my eyes, I may have to emphasizse rural travel to parks and beaches and mountains rather than cities. They are becoming difficult and dangerous to visit. It is sad.
So far so good. Almost 10 years now. Stay healthy my friend.
You can never go wrong with Raquel. I grew up with the voluptuous women of Italy as my fantasy. I have no problem with an Ashley Graham like body. Winters coming I want someone to snuggle up to on those cold winter nights. Soft and cuddly.
