First of all, lots of the NYC drivers would have to learn to speak & understand english... That, in itself, would be another discriminatory action...
Life would be even more wonderful if these two forms of discrimination had the same characteristics as matter and anti-matter... A major part (or all) of the current NYC could just wink out of existence in a glorious flash of light...
