Ever seen the series “The Spy”? OBL’s daddy wanted to divert the water supply from the Jordan to starve the Israelis.

At least not yet

The very crux of your post.
Give the psychotic statist bastards another six months tho, and you'll likely need to edit that.

Any potential fines don’t start until 2027, and they are on the water district, city water agency or private water company. The 55/50 gallon p/p goal is still there tho.:

An Aussie friend has told me there are many places in Australia that have water issues. And they are very tight with their water on a personal usage level. I know because when he’s visited it was obvious that he uses water very miserly.

I asked him what else he did and what about toilet usage and cleansing excetera and he told me that he craps at work and showers at the gym at work or goes swimming. Crapping at work also reduces the amount of toilet paper you use at home which apparently is quite costly in the land of Down Under.

Tell them to reuse-recycle-repurpose.

Do away with that toilet and stop wasting water!

This story is a hoax. There is a new law but it applies to water agencies so they will set usage goals for their communities. The fines would be applied to the agencies who could potentially pass them to all their users. It won’t even be enforced until 2021. Relax.

".... These people are actually insane...."

No more so than Eric FartsWell who threatened to use tactical NUCLEAR weapons on people who wouldn't turn over their guns in a gun grab effort.

I mean, what could possibly go wrong? Nuclear radiation fallout causing collateral damage is not even factored into a stupid statement like his.

Mentally ill is too benevolent for who these people are. Evil comes closer.

Except there’s no way for them to gauge what water is used indoors and what water is used outdoors. Also, see post 48.

i just pulled the number from a national average, I’m going to look at my water bill tonight and find out what i actually use.
Average shower uses 17 gallons. That’s a regular one. easy to go over so 4 people maybe 100 gal a day X 30 so 3000 per month just for showers.
Old washing machine uses 49 gallons per load. That’s 1500 per month
Toilet uses about 20 gallons per day another 600.

so I haven’t washed any dishes or washed my car or watered my lawn or hosed off my sidewalk or driveway and I’m already about halfway to a 1000 a day fine. how about they do their job and just supply me with as much water as I want to buy?

They make it up. They use a percentage of your total usage and assign a part of that for sewer fees. you pay to bring it in and you pay to send it away. Whatever you don’t send away in your sewer they say you used that outside, but they just make up a percentage and send you a bill.

Every day I appreciate the fact that I no longer reside in the punitive, controlling, costly state of CA. The difference in venues is unbelievable.☺
