Online malcontents frequently complain that the comics industry never criticizes liberals, but comics publisher Domino Books has proven them wrong, taking to Twitter to call out a Democrat with very serious allegations of disappointing behavior. In fact, the publisher has claimed that Chelsea Clinton, daughter of Bill and Hillary Clinton, doesnt tip for food delivery.
Domino Books official Twitter account wrote in response to an article by the Hill reporting Clintons $9 million corporate board position, I delivered food to Chelsea multiple times for my job, she always tipped $0, adding, in retrospect, I should have said first your dad passes the Personal Responsibility Act and now this??'
Offering alternative examples, Domino Books said that there are people who do tip for food delivery. Such as journalist Amy Goodman
"The nicest most gracious person I ever delivered to was, of course, Amy Goodman. She was getting a delivery as an unexpected gift, so no tip required, but she was the kindest person by far"

and the Church of Scientology!
"Scientology Center tipped $$$"

Be like the Church of Scientology, people! Tip for delivery! But, er
only be like them in that one way, please.

A chain restaurant known for good prices and generous portions opened a location here just a mile or so outside a predominantly black neighborhood on the edge of Memphis.
It quickly became very popular because it was a much nicer place than anything in that neighborhood, in a nicer area, and the folks living in that neighborhood came in droves. We didn’t even try to get in for three months, it was so crowded.
Just a little while after we visited, a sign appeared on the door - “A 15% gratuity will be automatically added to every check.” It was easy to get in after that. (Now closed)
Great graphic.
Yup
I worked for nearly a year as a food delivery driver for a restaurant chain. I cant say that the stereo type of who tips and who didnt, always held true for me.
I had some regular customers who were black and who were very good tippers. I had some regular white customers who never tipped a dime. And I had a mixture of both. The funny thing was our delivery area included both a rather upscale suburban area, a downtown business district and a rather low income, high minority, high crime area. But unless it was a customer I already knew, I couldnt predict what sort of tip I might get or not get based on the address or the size of the order. I was sometimes surprised when Id deliver to a city row house in not a very good area to a customer who was either black or Hispanic, and getting a rather nice tip.
I remember one very big delivery I made to a business, an order so big it probably should have gone through the restaurants catering department, over $300 worth of sandwiches, salads, soups and drinks. I had to lug four big bags of food plus another two, quite heavy with all the bottled drinks, and lug them up two flights of stairs. And then they wanted me to unpack every item as they checked off each item against the receipt which of course I cheerfully did. And knowing it was such a big order, I had carefully checked my self and packed extra plates, utensils and napkins before I left. After it was done, the woman (an older white woman) looked at me and said and quite curtly - OK, you can leave now. Not even as much as a thank you and no tip at all.
When I got back my manger and some of the other delivery drivers assumed I must have made out well on such a big delivery and were shocked when I told them I didnt get any tip at all.
“White tourists from Canada and western Europe dont tip either. Is that a slave thing too?”
Some reading I’ve done suggests tipping is optional in Europe. Some places tipping is even considered rude.
A guide...

Our Canadian cousins were surprised that we tipped by leaving cash on the table. It would get stolen before the server got it, they said. We did not follow up to ask how they tipped.
