The airlines should remove the reclining option if the seats are so crammed together that the reclining passengers are in the laps of the people behind them. Maybe they start rethinking this. But stupidity rules these days. You go girl.

Further, the FAA should consider this as a safety issue and mandate a minimum space between the rear seat’s front edge and the front seats most rearward position. At current distances, it is not POSSIBLE to leave your seat if someone has reclined into your space.

We fly from TN to FL on Allegiant a few times a year. As far as I know, none of their seats recline. The flights are short, so it’s not a problem.
