Agree....TCU much more lib, than Baylor.
Which state/country were you visiting from?
We liked it a lot. And they are doing a lot of work there now. My son liked that it is more connected to the city than Baylor.
And a lot of nice area around campus - parks, zoo, Stockyards, etc.
He is in high school in Cincinnati, Ohio.
There are good schools here but he wants to be “away”.
We are also looking at schools on the East Coast but he is more outdoors/camping/cowboy than preppy/showy/pretentious.
Yea. Based on the jail reform and “immigrants are human too” signs plastered everywhere on campus, TCU looked a lot more blue than Baylor.
But neither are as bad as most East Coast schools.
The entire Baptist Southwest Conference has been infected by social justice. They are holding seminars on social justice, “whiteness” and other far left beliefs. And that goes back to at least 2018.
